Center fielder Carlos Beltran rocketed 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and Vicente
Padilla was able to finish what he started and was credited with a complete
game as the Santa Fe Trailer Bitches topped the Chainsaw Proctologists by a
score of 10 to 1 at Trailer Park.
Beltran enjoyed a fine day at the plate. He lofted a three-run bomb in the 1st
inning and smashed a solo-shot out of the park (his 8th of the season) in the
5th inning. Santa Fe managed 9 in their victory.
Padilla(2-4) got the victory, allowing 1 run for the game. Orlando
Hernandez(1-3) took the loss. He served up 4 gopher balls in 4 and 1/3
innings.
The Santa Fe ballclub's record now stands at 9-16. With the loss Chainsaw now
has a record of 11-14.
